WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MUCH I'VE EARNED?

Your Quick Overview dashboard clearly displays your "Total Paid" and "Total Unpaid" earnings. To view a detailed history of all your past commission disbursements, navigate to the Payouts tab in your portal menu.

HOW DO I GET PAID OUT?

We pay our affiliates directly via PayPal. To ensure you receive your commissions without delay, please log in to your Affiliate Portal, go to the Settings tab, and enter your correct PayPal email address.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN I MAKE A SALE?

Yes! You can choose to receive an email every time you make a successful referral. To make sure this is turned on, go to the Settings tab in your portal and check the box that says '...receive email notification on successful referrals.'

HOW CAN I TRACK MY CLICKS AND SALES?

Your Affiliate Portal gives you real-time analytics. The Quick Overview tab shows your total referrals, conversion rate, and recent activity. For more detailed breakdowns, you can click on the Visits tab to see your traffic, and the Referrals tab to see which clicks successfully turned into sales.

DO YOU PROVIDE IMAGES OR BANNERS AND OTHER CREATIVES THAT I CAN USE?

Yes! We want to make promoting our vehicles as easy as possible. In your Affiliate Portal, click on the Promo Materials tab. Here, you will find a library of approved images, banners, and logos that you can download and use in your marketing.

HOW DO I GET MY AFFILIATE LINK AND QR CODE?

Log in to your Affiliate Portal. Right on your dashboard is your 'Quick Overview', you will see your unique Affiliate Link and a downloadable QR code. You can copy the link or save the QR code to use in your social media, emails, or on your website.

HOW DO I JOIN THE NIKOEC AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

Joining is completely free! You can apply by visiting our Affiliate Registration page. Simply fill out the registration form, and once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your dashboard.

WHERE DO I FIND YOUR BANK DETAILS TO MAKE A PAYMENT?

For security purposes, we do not list our bank details publicly. Your unique payment instructions and our bank details will be provided securely on your invoice, or on the final checkout screen and confirmation email if you select "Direct Bank Transfer" as your payment method.

CAN I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER (BACS)?

Yes, we gladly accept secure payments via bank transfer, which is a popular option for purchasing vehicles. Simply select "Direct Bank Transfer" at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our bank details and instructions will be displayed on your screen and emailed to you with your order confirmation.

CAN I VIEW MY PAST ORDERS AND INVOICES?

Yes. Log in and click on the Orders tab. You will see a complete history of your purchases, including buggies, parts, and accessories. You can also download PDF invoices for your records from this page.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?

Go to the Account Details tab in your dashboard. You can update your first name, last name, and email address here. Be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Navigate to the Address section of your dashboard. You can edit your default billing address and shipping address. Note: Changing this will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHODS?

Log in and click on Payment Methods in your account dashboard. From here, you can add a new credit/debit card, remove expired cards, and set a default payment method for future purchases, parts, or rentals.

HOW DO I VIEW MY VEHICLES DASHBOARD?

You can manage all your registered vehicles in the My Vehicles section of your account dashboard. This dashboard includes any vehicles you've purchased from NIKO, vehicles you currently have listed for sale, and any buggies or carts that we have serviced or repaired for you.

WHERE CAN I VIEW MY SAVED BUGGY/GOLF CART CONFIGURATIONS?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Saved Configurations tab on your dashboard. Here, you can view, edit, or proceed to checkout with any of the custom builds you have previously saved.

HOW DO I RESET MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

To reset your password, click on the "Lost your password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

WILL ADDING ACCESSORIES TO MY CART VOID MY WARRANTY?

Accessories are welcome additions to your NIKO EC cart and generally won’t affect your warranty. However, if a problem arises and it’s directly caused by an accessory, that specific issue might not be covered. To maintain your warranty, it’s essential to have all accessories installed by an authorised NIKO EC dealer.

CAN I HAVE ANOTHER DEALER WORK ON MY CART?

Any authorized NIKO EC dealer can handle warranty repairs, but your original dealer is your primary point of contact for post-sale warranty service. While parts will be provided by the manufacturer if you choose a different authorised dealer, that dealer may charge for labour. Using unauthorised repair facilities may void your warranty.

DO BATTERIES DISCHARGE WHEN NOT IN USE?

All batteries self-discharge, it’s a natural process. The rate at which they lose their charge varies depending on the battery type, its age, and the temperature it’s stored at.
Lithium batteries are far more reliable and hold charge. Some of our batteries will also have an 'auto shut-off' after a certain period which isolates the battery from discharge. If you have returned to your vehicle after some time and find the cart does not start - ensure you have checked the battery switch is on.

HOW DO I CHARGE MY BATTERIES?

To charge your vehicle, park close enough to an outlet or charging point so the provided cable can reach. Ideally, use a dedicated circuit or one with minimal other appliances. Avoid using circuits shared with high-amperage devices like air conditioners.

Once the cable is plugged into the outlet, connect it to your vehicle’s charging port. The charge indicator light will illuminate red when charging begins. The light will change from red to yellow and then green as the battery charges.

Let the charging cycle complete until the indicator is green. While you can leave the cable plugged in, the charger has an automatic shut-off and doesn’t trickle charge. Once charging is complete, it won’t restart unless you unplug and re-plug the cable from the car.

HOW LONG IS MY NEW BATTERY WARRANTY?

Lithium Batteries: All Lithium Batteries will be covered for 5 years (3 years full replacement value, and 2 years prorated.)*

Exclusions for coverage would include the following:

• Lack of maintenance
• Undercharging the cart battery regularly
• Battery failure due to a third party outside electrical source or wiring issue
• Tampering with the charger or charger algorithms.

*PLEASE NOTE* NIKO’s proprietary battery is the ONLY authorised Lithium battery to be installed on an NIKO EC. Any other Lithium battery, from any other supplier will void the NIKO Warranty.

DO YOUR BUGGIES/CARTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

All our new golf carts come with a standard 1 year manufacturer warranty and a 5 year battery warranty (3 years full replacement, years 4 & 5 pro-rata value). You have the option to extended the standard manufacturer warranty with a dealership warranty to 2,3,4 or 5 years.

DO ALL OF YOUR CARTS/BUGGIES USE THE SAME KEY?

All keys of new vehicles are unique. If you have a key fob, they are also programmed as unique to your vehicle. If you have lost your keys or fobs please contact our maintenance and support team who will be able to help.
Used vehicles may have generic keys - but can be changed. Contact our workshop if you would like to change to a unique key options on a used cart.

CAN I LIFT OR LOWER MY CART/BUGGY?

Unfortunately, there’s no way to adjust the ride height of the non-lifted/lifted carts right now. The frames of the two types of cart types are different, so parts aren’t interchangeable. While changing tyre sizes can alter the vehicle’s height, the suspension itself will remain at its current level.

If you have a vehicle that you want to sell, trade-in/part-exchange please let us know. We can help you.
Our sales marketplace is Peer-to-peer (P2P)/Customer-to-customer (C2C). This means we can list vehicles all over the world.

If you want to list your vehicle for sale you have 2 options:

1.) The quickest way is to create an account and use the option in your account to request listing a vehicle for sale. You can set your price and terms and we will confirm the details and publish the listing.
2.) Pop into one of our service centres and speak to a sales advisor who will talk to you about listing your vehicle for sale.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICING OF BUGGIES/CARTS AND REPAIRS?

We can offer repairs/maintenance of your vehicle (whatever the model) and service packages.
